This stainless steel thermocouple penetration probe is strong and versatile. It is ideal for measuring temperature in a wide variety of applications including liquids and semi-solids. 
The themocouple probe has a response time of less than three seconds. Temperature range -60 to 250�C. Dimensions  3.3mm diameter x 130mm length. This probe can be paired with any ETI thermometer that has a thermocouple socket.
